I'm Madhavi, an Orton-Gillingham trained reading specialist, and a mother first

My name is Madhavi. I'm a mother of two, an MBA from the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad, and I spent eighteen years in B2B marketing, reaching Associate Director in the IT sector. On paper, my career was going exactly to plan.

Then my children taught me something no boardroom ever could.

When my daughter was born, I discovered right brain education: the idea that in the earliest years, children absorb the world through images, music, patterns and emotion. I practised it with her from the very beginning, and I watched it work. Learning was simply part of her joy.

As she grew, I became fascinated by how children learn to read, and by how much difference the right method makes. I wanted to understand reading from the inside, well enough to teach it myself.

So I became a student again. I completed a 64 hour Orton-Gillingham certification, a structured approach to phonics and orthography used by reading specialists around the world, and I brought it home. Working with my own daughter, step by step, I watched her grow into a confident, joyful reader who picks up books because she wants to.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

In 2023 I completed my Bachelor of Education, and the idea I had carried for years finally had everything it needed. I stepped away from my corporate career to build the school I wish had existed for my own children: a right brain playschool where reading is taught with a proven method, and where childhood stays joyful while it happens.
